“Secret Garden” is a residential complex developed by the KORTROS Group in southwest Moscow
At the heart of the communication is the idea of mystery: the “Follow the Rabbit” concept transforms the neighborhood into a secret place revealed only to those willing to seek it out.
The fairy-tale narrative unfolds through photography, animation, illustrations, and story elements.
The design immerses visitors in this atmosphere: the bionic aesthetic, with the smooth lines of the facades, echoes the form of blossoming buds, while the subdued color palette reinforces the sense of a secluded space. The site’s architecture was designed to be scalable: multiple additional landing pages can be launched for a single complex.
The website creates a sense of being privy to a secret and preserves the image of “its own closed world.”
