MR Group is a visionary in the development of residential and commercial real estate.
1. To design a website that would broadcast the brand values in a digital environment.
2. To create an effective tool to increase the conversion rate of apartment brokering.
Analytics and design
We generated 50+ hypotheses backed by web analytics, surveys, in-depth interviews, benchmarking, and desk research.
Next, we implemented the hypotheses on prototypes, fully designed the website and worked out the navigation. To verify the hypotheses and test the main target paths, we conducted moderated UX-testing with MR Group clients.
Visual communication reflects MR Group's brand positioning through the idea of “the edge of the future”
The website presents MR as a visionary looking beyond the future. In doing so, we managed to find a balance between the emotional and rational in the design, depending on the purpose of the webpage.
Identity
The project involved three-way communication with the client and the branding agency. The new brand book was developed in parallel with the website.
We digitalized the identity, taking into account the specifics of digital environment, and backed it up with the implementation of UI-design.
Homepage
The homepage design reflects MR Group’s positioning and visually corresponds to the class of housing.
UX-design both provides the necessary tools for further apartment search and creates a good impression of the developer.
Service pages
Special attention was paid to the implementation of navigational and complex functional elements, setting the necessary interface accents.
The interface was simplified with the help of visual accents and microinteractions that guide the user to target actions.
The UI-kit and design system were thoroughly developed, resulting in a flexible and scalable product.
Result
We succeeded in creating a full-fledged digital product, both to strengthen the brand and to implement business goals. The website is scalable and flexible to changes when adjusting the strategy.
