From Premium Integration to Website Transformation: The “Strana Development” Project

Development and redesign of a federal developer’s corporate platform, including integration of the premium segment

Project Goal

To create a unified ecosystem in which property classes differ visually, emotionally, and functionally, while remaining part of a single website with seamless navigation.

Audit and benchmarking

UX/UI audit, benchmarking, and user flow analysis were conducted. The platform architecture, navigation, class selector, and ecosystem development model were formed.

Design

The main page was reassembled with a segment hierarchy, and navigation benchmarking was conducted. The menu was reimagined, making it transparent and oriented toward user tasks.

Strana.Premium

The entry point to the premium scenario is the housing class selector in the menu. The transition immerses the user in a new context: service-oriented presentation, emotion, and visual expressiveness.

Visual concept

The art gallery metaphor transforms the site into a minimalist, light-filled space in which premium properties are presented as independent architectural statements.

UX testing

Moderated and unmoderated testing were conducted, as well as A/B testing of price and discount display. Based on the feedback, solutions for product development were implemented.
