The project involved simplifying the interface, redesigning the structure, and implementing new functional and creative solutions while maintaining visual consistency with the corporate website and brand identity.
The key requirements were partial use of the website’s design system and UI Kit, taking into account user roles and placing all content on one screen without scrolling.
Process
The project began with an audit of the portal’s current version, an analysis of user scenarios, and data collection. Using this information, we created prototypes featuring well-thought-out logic and intuitive micro-interactions.
The main screen is designed as a modular panel where search, notifications, requests, the calendar, and the personal account are always accessible without scrolling — all key functions are right at your fingertips.
Results
The updated portal supports daily tasks, communication, and a rewards system. The personal dashboard adapts to the user’s role: employees have access to their personal data and documents, while managers have access to management tools, approval workflows, and external systems. The rating system clearly reflects employees’ activity and achievements.
A clear structure and a clean, minimalist design ensure the service platform’s usability and functionality.
