En+ is a global leader in low-carbon aluminum production and renewable energy
We developed an internal digital portal, En+ Online, which brings together key services for employees. The project included UX research, user scenario analysis, concept development, interface design, and creation of a design system.
The main screen is built on dashboard logic and provides quick access to personal accounts and services. The portal's news feed has become functional and customizable. Gamification elements — tasks, bonuses, and ratings — have been reimagined and organically integrated into the structure. Personalization, content filtering, and user-specific block customization have also been implemented.
The interface is designed in a minimalist style: a light palette, spacious indents, and concise graphic elements. The portal reflects En+'s key slogan — energy for action.
The project is currently in the implementation stage.
