Sibur career website

Design, development, and support of SIBUR's main career platform

SIBUR employs over 20 000 people who contribute daily to the development of sustainable solutions and innovations, creating in-demand products using advanced technologies.

1. We developed a communication product within the framework of the new HR guide: we reflected EVP for the target audience
2. Designed a job listing consisting of an open loop and a closed loop (for SIBUR employees only).
3. Set up integration with the Potok system
4. The website complies with SIBUR’s standart for secure software development

Analytics

Through benchmarking we identified key trends, the best functional and narrative elements and options for their implementation. We developed hypotheses in User Story format, focusing on market research and employer ratings. Measured User Flow to evaluate the effectiveness of design decisions.

Communication

SIBUR’s communication is based on digital channels and the employee archetype, which helps create an attractive HR image of the company.

The homepage emphasizes the importance of each employee and highlights the fact that SIBUR is first and foremost its people.

Design and development

The brand book formed the basis for the design, defining the target audience and SIBUR’s positioning as an employer. We adapted it for the digital environment, creating a design with interactive elements and a job search system.

The homepage emphasizes job search by identifying geolocation and suggesting popular queries, while improved filters and advanced search simplify navigation. Users can easily find jobs through banners or project blocks, which provide quick access to information of interest.

We created a «Hero’s Path in SIBUR» timeline, added landing pages for the enterprises, and developed a feedback form with an extended questionnaire.

Development. Frontend

We optimized the job listing page by placing key elements for quick change of filters and search settings, and also implemented job loading on scroll instead of traditional pagination.

We integrated the Mendeleev chatbot into the website via the WebSocket protocol.

To improve website speed, we refactored blocks on the homepage, optimized media files and added lazy loading of non-critical scripts.

Development. Backend

We integrated with the Potok recruiting system, which updates vacancies in real time. Candidates can respond to job openings with filtering by parameters, or send a resume without linking to a specific vacancy by selecting a field and specifying the desired position.

For SIBUR employees, a closed job board has been created. The system also collects email addresses of interested users for notifications from the HR department. Journaling of system events and user actions has been set up.
