Portobello is a Russian production company of original merchandise and business gifts. Since 1991, it has been among the leaders among manufacturers of business souvenir products.
As part of the project, we were engaged in the development of the client’s personal account on the Portobello website: UX-audit with BPMN-diagram and CJM, UX-design, prototype creation and testing, as well as UX/UI-design.
The personal account allows users to conveniently make purchases, reserve products and manage their list of favored products. Here you can also order printing on products, track the status of orders and communicate directly with company representatives: all the necessary functions are gathered in one place.
