Development of a brand platform and visual identity for a consulting firm based on in-depth research
View case studyBy the time we began working on the corporate website, we already had a solid understanding of Neo’s business. During the branding project, we gained a detailed understanding of the company’s consulting services and analyzed how competitors structure their communications in the media landscape.
Research and in-depth interviews with partners and management helped us define the positioning and brand platform and develop a unique visual style. We compiled all these decisions into a new brand style guide.

Analytics and Design
We began work on the website with an analytical phase. We studied Neo’s competitors’ websites, focusing not only on content but also on navigation structure, user scenarios, and the logic behind how users interact with the content.
At the same time, we developed job stories for key audiences and analyzed how the decision to choose a consulting agency is made.
• What questions do potential clients have?
• What information influences trust?
• What should be available at different stages of the decision-making process?
These insights formed the basis for the structure of the website and its pages: the composition of sections, the sequence of content, and functional blocks. After agreeing on the structure with the Neo team, we moved on to the prototyping phase.

Design
The design concept is based on a new brand book featuring an updated color palette and graphics. We adapted the brand identity for digital use and carefully planned the layout.
The goal was to create a modern and lightweight website, free of visual clutter, so that it remains user-friendly for the audience.
Thus, the homepage introduces users to Neo: it reveals the brand’s positioning and key advantages step by step. Smooth animations and micro-interactions make this immersion unobtrusive.


Internal pages
We have thoroughly refined the “Services” section and each service page. We paid particular attention to the section highlighting our solutions. For each service, we included a pop-up with a detailed description that answers the questions: “What does the company offer?”, “What does the service include?”, and “Who is it suitable for?”
Since consulting relies heavily on analytics, we created a separate section for such materials. We implemented convenient filtering by type, topic, and industry.



Career section
We placed special emphasis on the careers section. We designed it to reflect Neo’s corporate culture and make it easier for candidates to find relevant job openings.
We highlighted the company’s strengths as an employer and gave a voice to its employees—their testimonials and career growth stories offer an inside look at what it’s like to work at Neo.
We integrated a convenient application form into the job listings to connect candidates directly with the HR team.



Result
The result is a modern corporate website that brings together all of Neo’s business areas. It provides clients with easy access to information about services and analytical materials, candidates with access to job openings and employee stories, and the media with up-to-date information about the company.
The new website reflects the brand’s updated positioning and visual style. Structured content, intuitive navigation, and a clean design help different audiences quickly find what they’re looking for.
